Complete and Perfect Management System

After the acquisition of property, our company offers full support of rental management like:

  1. Tenant and real estate company selection, signing for tenancy agreement and corresponding document, explaining details of contents, mailing and storage of agreement.
  2. Rent collecting service, reminder for rental of nonpayment practices.
  3. Handling the termination of agreement, settlement of deposit and calculation for utility fees.
